3. Privacy Policy

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Termination

9.1 User Termination

You may terminate services at any time. No refunds will be provided for unused service periods.

9.2 Provider Termination

We may terminate services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of system resources
• Legal compliance requirements

9.3 Data Destruction

Upon termination, all data is securely wiped using DoD 5220.22-M standards within 72 hours.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and the Netherlands, depending on the service location. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the respective jurisdiction.

10.1 Warrant Canary

We maintain a warrant canary updated monthly. Any government requests or legal orders will be disclosed in our transparency report, subject to legal limitations.

10.2 No Cooperation Agreements

We do not participate in intelligence sharing agreements and will challenge any legal requests that compromise user privacy.
