HexaCore – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) form a legal contract between you (“Client”) and HexaCore (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our hosting services (collectively, the “Services”). By using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Service Description
HexaCore provides hosting solutions designed for enhanced privacy, flexibility, and reliable performance. Our Services support a variety of hosting needs while emphasizing compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
2. Reservation of Rights
HexaCore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Service, end collaboration with a Client, or permanently ban an account without prior notice. Such action may be taken if necessary to maintain the integrity, security, or compliance of our Services with our usage policies.
3. Usage Policies
3.1 Anonymous VPS/RDP & Anonymous Dedicated Servers

Permitted for any activity that is legal under applicable laws.

Illegal content or activities are strictly prohibited.

If illegal activity is reported, the Service will be suspended immediately without prior notice.
3.2 Bulletproof VPS/RDP/Dedicated Services

Permitted for any activity except:

DDoS attacks
-
Terrorism-related activities
-
Spoofing/IP hijacking
-
Mass scanning
-
Child pornography
-
-
SMTP is allowed by default on Bulletproof VPS/RDP Services.
4. Dedicated Servers
Dedicated Bulletproof Servers
-
Not intended for scanning or excessive high-bandwidth usage.

Excessive network consumption will result in a downgrade to a lower port. Continued abuse may result in service suspension.
Violations of any usage policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of the Service.
5. General Network Usage

Excessive network usage may result in speed limitations.
-
Fair usage policies apply to ensure overall network integrity and performance.
6. Data Privacy and Security
We collect and store the following:

Client email addresses
-
Encrypted passwords
-
IP addresses
-
Any additional profile information provided by the Client
7. Refund Policy
VPS Services:

If used for less than 24 hours, a full refund will be issued upon request.

Refunds after this period are generally not provided but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If downtime due to our fault exceeds one week, the Client is eligible for a refund, and the Service will remain active until the billing cycle ends.
Dedicated Servers:

If a physically installed server has not been delivered within 72 working hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.

After delivery, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
